My Approach

I am an intuitive empath and allow intuition in addition to clinical skill to guide the therapeutic process. I use traditional counseling interventions alongside Human Design and energy work to help clients re-establish a relationship with their intuition, heal from trauma, and learn how to trust themselves again. I help client’s through a deconditioning process to challenge past lessons and messages that no longer serve them so they can realign with their higher self.

I provide psychotherapy services for people in Oregon and Washington who are 18+ and older and I provide human design mentorship and readings for physical, mental, and spiritual health professionals who are wanting to deepen their understanding of themselves and unlock a new depth of understanding that human design can provide their clients.

I use a variety of modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR therapy), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Neurobiology, Polyvagal theory, Energy Psychology, Somatic-based therapies, and parts work interventions.

I believe in the therapeutic process and I do my own therapeutic work with a therapist, as I believe that therapists also need to be doing the work alongside our clients. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, playing with my dogs, traveling, doing puzzles, brainteasers, and reading.

Education and Training

I started out my college education at the University of Wisconsin-Stout where I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation with specializations in Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Substance Abuse Counseling. During my Master’s education program I completed several hands on internships where I gained experience working with sexual trauma, eating disorders, and gambling addiction. I obtained my Master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling and Addictions at Lewis and Clark College, which is a CACREP (Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Programs) accredited program. I have worked in various settings in mental health and addictions counseling such as residential mental health, PHP, IOP, community mental health, a group practice, and now my own private practice.

I received a Certification in Eating Disorder Treatment from Lewis and Clark College and I am trained in EMDR therapy from EMDRIA. I completed the Dayluna Human Design reader training in April 2023 and I have continued to study Human Design to learn more about its effectiveness and benefits in the mental health space.

*I am licensed in both Washington and Oregon.
